| Presidential Cabinet | Group of top officials, including the vice president and the heads of their executive departments, who advise the president. |
| Political Party | A group of people who share similar beliefs and work together to influence the gov with the main goal of electing officials who will implement their ideas. |
| Tariff | A tax on imported goods. |
| Neutrality | Not taking sides or becoming involved in conflicts or wars between other nations. |
| Alien | A person living in a country who is not a citizen of that country |
| Sedition | Activities aimed at weakening the established gov. by inciting resistance or rebellion authority. |
| Foreign Policy | A country's plan for how it will interact with other nations to protect its national interests and achieve its goals. |
| Domestic Policy | The decision and laws a gov. makes to address issues within its own country's border, such as healthcare, education, and the economy. |
