| triceps brachii | allows you to extend arm |
| pectoralis major | allows to move arms inward |
| serratus anterior | allows to push arm outward/ foreward |
| external oblique | side of abdomen, allows body to twist |
| rectus abdominis | allows you to sit up |
| sartorius | longest muscle allows rotation of leg |
| adductor longus | inner thigh allows to squeeze leg together |
| quadriceps femoris | 4 diff muscle, front of femur, allows leg to extend |
| tibialis anterior | front of shin, allow for dorsaflextion |
| biceps brachii | allows for flexion of arm |
| deltoid | shoulder muscle movement of arm |
| trapezius | back muscles pull shoulders back |
| latissimus dorsi | largest back muslce |
| gluteus maximus | allows for power for running |
| biceps femoris | back of thigh (hamstring) |
| gastronemius | calf muscle allows plantar flexion distal end is Achilles tendon |
| sternocleidomastoid | ranchers mastoid process, clavical, sternum, allows head to move up and down |
| massetor | jaw muscle allows you to open and close mouth |
| epicranius | above head allows eyebrows to raise |
| orbicularis oculi | around eye allows blinking |
