Argument and Claim
| Term | Definition |

| Ethos | Emphasizes the speaker's credibility and authority. Ex: celebrity endorsement, titles, performances, etc. |
| Pathos | Appeals to the audience's emotions. Ex: personal story, powerful image, or sad videos. |
| Logos | Appeals to the audience's logic or reason. Ex: data, historical events, facts, test results, and personal experiment. |
| Claim | The authors main point, a statement he or she believes t be true, must be arguable and provable. |
| Credibility | The author is able to be beloved and trusted. |
| Reliable Evidence | Information or data that I trustworthy, accurate, and constant, and can be verified through reputable sources. |
