Argument&claim terms

QuestionAnswer
Ethos Emphasizes the speakers credibility and authority
Pathos Appeals to the audience's emotion
Logos Appeals to the audience's logic or reason
Claim The authors main point, a statement he or she believes to be true, mus be arguable and provable
Credibility The author is able to believed and trusted.
Reliable evidence Information and data that is trustworthy, accurate, and consistent, and can be verified through reputable sources
