QuestionAnswer
Ethos Emphasizes the speakers credibility and authority. Examples celbrety endorsements, titles, professions, etc
Pathos Appeals to the authors emotions. Ex Personal story, powerful images or sad videos
Logos Appeals to the audience logic or reason. Ex data historical event, facts, tests results, and personal experince
argument when the author wants to convince you of there position
claims the authors main point
evidence facts, statistics, quotes, expert opinions.
counterclaim it is mentioned so the author can disaprove it with stronger evidence that supports there claim..
rebuttal when the author responds directly to the counter claim
credible the author has to be believed and trusted.
