what are two do's and don'ts? do take a break if either person begins to get angry, do leave and tell a trusted adult if you feel threatened. don't point a finger at the other person, don't raise your voice.
what's the definition of compromise? give up something to reach a solution that ok with everyones involved.
what are three causes of conflicts? needs not met, hurt feelings, lack of empathy.
what is talk mean? t=take a timeout a=allow each person to talk l=let each person ask questions k=keep brainstorming
what's the definition of negotiation? the process of talking directly to another person in an effort to resolve conflict.
what's the definition of conflicts resolution? A life skill that involves solving disagreement in a way that satisfies both sides.
what's the definition of win-win solution? an agreement that gives each person something they want.
