Cubic (Isometric) Four 3-fold rotational axes.
Tetragonal One 4-fold rotational axis.
Hexagonal One 3-fold or 6-fold rotational axis.
Trigonal (Rhombohedral) One 3-fold rotational axis.
Orthorhombic Three 2-fold rotational axes.
Monoclinic One 2-fold rotational axis or one mirror plane.
Triclinic No rotational axes of symmetry.
Cubic (Isometric) a = b = c ; α = β = γ = 90°
Tetragonal a = b ≠ c ; α = β = γ = 90°
Hexagonal a = b ≠ c ; α = β = 90° , γ = 120°
Trigonal (Rhombohedral) a = b = c ; α = β = γ ≠ 90°
