Dissociative identity disorders treatment Mindfulness, do not flood the patient.
Somatic therapy includes body centered interventions, dance movements to reduce distressing fragmentation of consciousness.
Depersonalization Unfortunate feeling of being an observer of ones own body
Derealization Feeling that ones surroundings are unreal
Dissociative identity disorder is treated through integration therapy. safety, integration, rehabilitation.
