Natural Selection Variations in a population increase some individuals likelihood of surviving and reproducing in a changing environment.
Speciation Separated populations that remain separated can evolve through mutations to become new species.
Homologous Same structure and different function (evidence of common ancestor.)
Analogous Different structure and same function.
Embryological Embryos of different structures to see if a common ancestor is shared.
Vestigial Structures that have no function but believed to have a function a long time ago.
