Why should you hold the foot firmly when massaging? It locks the foot into place giving the nail technician control of its movements. A firm grip has a calming effect.
Reflexology is based on what principle? Reflexology is based on the principle that areas reflexes in the feet and hands correspond to all the organs, glands and parts of the body
If a client cannot move into the pedicure chair, what are your options? Have a portable water basin available or consider a dry pedicure
Who’s responsibility is it to ensure proper disinfection procedures are followed? The salon and the nail technician
What kind of disinfectant must be used in salons and spas? EPA registered hospital disinfectant with the label, bactericidal ,viricidal , and fungicidal on it
