Data availability the usability or the delivery format of data
Data confidentiality threatened when unauthorized users gain access to the data
Forecasting predicting how much of a product consumers will want to buy in a given period of time

Customer Fraud a consumer using deceptive practices to illegally obtain something
Functional diffusion Employees are grouped by specialty creating efficient expertise-based departments.
Divisional diffusion organization is split into self-contained units based on products, regions, or customers, each with its own resources.
Matrix diffusion Employees report to two managers combining expertise with project coordination.
Flat diffusion Few or no management layers; emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and quick decision-making.
