circumcenter of a triangle The point of concurrency of the perpendicular bisectors of the sides of the triangle.
circumscribed The circle that contains the three vertices of the triangle.
concurrent lines Three or more lines that intersect at one point.
incenter of a triangle The point of concurrency of the angle bisectors of the triangle.
inscribed The circle that intersects the sides of the triangle at exactly one point.
point of concurrency The point at which three or more lines intersect.
altitude of a triangle The height drawn to the line of the base of the triangle.
centroid of a triangle The point of concurrency of the medians of the triangle.
median of a triangle A segment that has as its endpoints at a vertex of the triangle and the midpoint of the opposite side.
orthocenter of a triangle The point of concurrency of the lines containing the altitudes of the triangle.
