Earthquakes

Earthquakes a movement or trembling of the ground that is caused by a sudden release of energy when rocks move along a fault line
Mercalli Scale The scale of shaking intensity in one location ranging from one to ten in intensity
tsunami A series of powerful ocean waves caused bye a large under water earthquake or volcanic activity
richter scale a formula based on the amplitude of the largest wave recorded on a specific type of tsunami wave
