| Endocrine Glands | Glands that release hormones into the bloodstream to regulate body functions. |
| Pulmonary Circulation | Blood flow from the heart to the lungs for oxygenation and back to the heart. |
| Systemic Circulation | Blood flow from the heart to the body to deliver oxygen and nutrients. |
| Lymphatic System | A network of vessels and nodes that helps maintain fluid balance and defend against pathogens. |
| Gas Exchange | The process of oxygen entering the blood and carbon dioxide leaving the blood in the lungs. |
| Fat Absorption | The process of transporting dietary fats from the small intestine to the lymphatic system. |
