| Enteric Nervous system (ENS) | Located in the digestive tract. Responsible for autonomous functions and can act independently from brain and spinal cord. |
| lymph | A watery fluid that flows through your lymphatic system. Helps protects body from harmful bacteria and viruses. |
| Capillaries | Blood vessels that connect arteries and veins, allows the exchange of gases, nutrients, and waste products between the blood and body tissues. |
| Arteries | Carry blood away from the heart. Arteries leaving the left side carry oxygenated blood to the body, while the pulmonary artery carries deoxygenated blood to the lungs. |
| fascia | Connective tissue that surrounds the muscle and is outside the epimysium and tendon. |
| Agonist | A term used to describes a muscle that directly preforms a specific movement. |
| Transverse abdominis | The innermost muscle of the abdominal wall. |
