Magnetic Fields
the study of magnetic forces.

| magnetic pole | one of two opposite ends of a magnets |
| variable | something that can be changed and may be measured |
| isolate | to separate |
| Model | an object diagram or computer program that helps us understand something by making it simpler or easier to see |
| system | a set of interacting parts forming a complex whole |
| Magnetic Field | the space around a magnets in which magnetic forces can act on objects |
| Magnetic Field line | a line that connects opposite magnetics poles and represents the strength of the magnetic field |
| Refute | to provide evidence that goes against a claim |
| energy | the ability to make things move or change |
| kinetic energy | the energy that an object had because it is moving |
| convert | to change from one type to another |
| transfer | to move from one object to another or one place to another |
| potential energy | the energy that is stored is an object or system |
