| Central nervous system (CNS) | Brain + spinal cord; main control center. |
| Photoreceptors | Eye cells that detect light. |
| Cochlea | Spiral part of the ear that helps you hear. |
| Pituitary gland | “Master gland” that controls many hormones. |
| Pulmonary circulation | Route that sends blood to the lungs and back. |
| Macrophages | Big immune cells that “eat” germs. |
| Vital capacity. | The biggest breath you can take in and blow out. |
