What are the main types of sensory receptors and what do they detect? Mechanoreceptors (touch/pressure), thermoreceptors (temperature), nociceptors (pain), photoreceptors (light), chemoreceptors (chemicals), proprioceptors (position).
What are the main components of the heart’s internal anatomy? Atria, ventricles, valves (tricuspid, bicuspid/mitral, pulmonary, aortic), septa, and chordae tendineae.
