| neurilemma | a structure of the Schwann cell essential to normal nerve growth and the regeneration of injured nerve fibers |
| primary visual cortex | part of the brain that receives information from neurons in the retina of the eye |
| autonomic nervous system | which is a subdivision of the nervous system that is in regulation of involuntary effectors |
| subarachnoid space | the vital layer that is in between the arachnoid and pia meter membranes which encases the brain and spinal cord which is contained of cerebrospinal fluid |
