Anatomy week 6-12

What is axial muscles? It is a muscle that supports and move the head, neck, spine and chest.
What is diaphragm? Axial muscle that helps control breathing and kung volume.
What is the nervous system in charge of? It is the body system that helps control how you think, move and react.
What is a neuron? A neuron is considered a cell that sends electrical signals.
Central Nervous system The body's main control center
ANS Is in charge of breathing, heartbeat, and digestion
Endocrine system Is a system that uses hormones to help control growth, mood and metabolism.
What is hormones? Small Chemical messengers that give your body instructions or tell your body what to do.
Adrenal glands This system helps your body control stress
Esophagus The tube in the body that helps food travel to the stomach
