Where does most chemical digestion occur? The duodenum (first part of the small intestine).
What is the main female reproductive organ that produces eggs? The ovaries.
What is the function of the testes in the male reproductive system? To produce sperm and testosterone.
Where does fertilization usually occur? The fallopian tube (oviduct).
What bone protects the brain? The Cranium
What part of the neuron receives incoming signals? The dendrites
What part of the brain controls balance and coordination? The Cerebellum
What is the primary function of red blood cells? To transport oxygen using hemoglobin
What vessels carry blood away from the heart? Arteries
What chamber of the heart pumps oxygenated blood to the body? The Left Ventricle
