Arm used to hold the microscope when it is being carried
Stage A flat platform where the specimen slides are placed

Diaphragm used to control the amount of light passes through the stage
Eye Piece Contains the lens that you look through. typically 10x
Coarse moves the stage up and down by large amounts to bring the specimen
Fine Moves the stage up and down by much smaller amounts to fine-tune focus and increase the detail of the specimen
Objective Lenses The threes lenses that can be rotated
body tube connects the eyepiece lens to the objective lens
Revolving Nos piece holds the objective Lenses can be rotated to change the magnification level
