where should a definite article (el,los,etc.) be placed in the reflexive? before the noun after the verb(ex. Juan carlos se cepilla los dientes
when is ser used? implies a fundamental quality or characteristic that describes or defines the essence of a person, place, thing, or idea
Ser uses: identity origin/nationality profession chracteristics (places/people) posession time of day + dates intention impersonal statements math equations location of events
when is estar used? used to indicate a state or condition of a person, place, thing, or action at a given moment. something that can change/deviate from the norm
estar uses: locations of: people, things, places physical condition (feeling) emotional condition actions in progress (ex. working) weather expressions

when to use reflexive pronoun @ end of verb when the verb is in the infinitive form, the present participle, or an affirmative command. This happens when the action of the verb is being done to the subject itself and the pronoun is attached to the end of the verb
