Which power do you use first? Always use low (scanning) power first.
Should I use the Coarse Adjustment knob on high power? What might it cause? NEVER use the coarse adjustment knob at high power, it may cause a collision.
What are the steps when you are done using your microscope Always store the microscope with lowest power objective in place, move stage down. TURN LIGHT OFF!!!!
What do you clean the lens with? Only use lens paper for cleaning
