Abduction Movement away from the trunk or midline
abuse intentional mistreatment that causes pain or injury. Abuse can be verbal, physical, mental, emotional, sexual, or financial
Acute Care 24-hour care in a temporary facility, such as a hospital, when serious or sudden illness requires all services to be immediately available
Adduction Movement toward the trunk or midline
