glaucoma a group of eye diseases that damage the optic nerve

ophthalmic pertaining to the eye or medical specialty
tonometry a test that measures the pressure inside the eye
visual acuity the sharpness or clarity of vision
hyperopia farsightedness

optometrist health care professional who can diagnose and treat conditions of the eye
optician trained to fit eyewear
pupilometer machine which measures the precise pupillary distance
