| Amenorrhea | The absence of a menstrual period |
| Menorrhagia | unusually heavy bleeding at menstruation which may be an indication of fibroids |
| Oligomenorrhea | a condition characterized by infrequent menstrual periods, where the cycle length is longer than 35 days but less than 90 days |
| Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) | a precancerous condition where abnormal cells grow on the cervix's surface, often caused by a persistent, high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) infection |
| Salpingitis | an infection and inflammation of the fallopian tubes |
| endometriosis | a condition resulting from the appearance of endometrial tissue outside the uterus and causing pelvic pain |
| hysterosalpingography | an X-ray procedure that uses a special dye to visualize the uterus and fallopian tubes to identify structural issues like blockages or abnormalities that may affect fertility |
| rectocele | a bulge in the wall between the rectum and vagina that can trap stool and cause symptoms like difficulty emptying the bowel, pelvic pain, and constipation |
| benign mammary dysplasia | a group of non-cancerous conditions that cause changes in breast tissue |
| vulvodynia | pain in the external female genital |
| hematosalpinx | an accumulation of blood in the fallopian tube, ovary |
| Dysmenorrhea | painful menstrual cramps / flow caused by uterine contractions |
| oophoritis | inflammation of one or both ovaries |
| menopause | permanent cessation of menstruation, |
| metrorrhagia | abnormal bleeding from the uterus. |
| testicular torsion | a medical emergency where the spermatic cord twists, cutting off the blood supply to the testicle |
| Syphilis | multistage STD caused by the spirochete treponema pallidum |
