This can occur between members of the same species or members or different species. Ex. Trees competing for sunlight. OR Wolves and Ravens compete for meat.
What is the difference between a symbiotic relationship and a predator and prey relationship? Predator and prey is a short term immediate relationship that does not ALWAYS occur. A symbiotic relationship is a close relationship that almost ALWAYS occurs and is long-term.
What is a intraspecific competitive relationship? A relationship where same species are competing for food, water or shelter. Ex. Trees fighting for sunlight.
What is an interspecific competitive relationship? A relationship where different species are competing for food, water or shelter. Ex. Wolves and ravens fighting for meat.
