Meningitis Inflammation to the meninges - the membrane that surrounds the brain and spinal cord.

Retina The light-sensitive layer at the back of the eye that converts light into neural signals.
Neuron A nerve cell that transmits electrical impulses between different parts of the nervous system.
Tendonitis The inflammation or irritation of a tendon that connects muscle to bones..
