what year was the proclamation line? 1763
what year was the sugar and currency act 1764
what year was the stamp act 1765
what was the proclamation line? where the King from Britain didn't want to gain more people to cause a war so he made a line where the people couldn't past this line and pass the west of the Alps mountains.
what was the sugar act a tax to help Britain pay for the cost of things caused by the French and Indian war. they taxed things like sugar/molasses and other goods that were imported into the colonies.
what was the currency act? the colonists were making their own forms of money and, Britain put a stop to this and that they could use their own form of money
what is the stamp act? Britain taxed all paper items for the colonists which included things like playing cards, documents, newspaper, and letters
how did the colonists feel about these acts? the colonists very angry and frustrated that they had to pay more $ and that they had to follow these guideline/ rules.
