rectus femoris front of thigh -> large muscle connects to knee kinda maybe?
gracilis front thigh -> inner thigh muscle
vastus lateralis front thigh -> outer muscle
vastus medialsis front thigh -> similar muscle to vastus lateralis but other side
tibialis anterior front shin muscle
pectoralis major front torso -> boob area
diaphragm front torso -> under boob area -> I would say like the bottom of ribs maybe?
rectus abdoninus front torso ->middle of chest area
external obliques front torso -> next to ribs ???
Trapezius back torso -> your traps
latissimus dorsi back torso -> lower back muscles
treres minor back torso -> side back shoulder muscle
infraspinatus back torso -> lower than treres minor
biceps brachii front arm -> bicep
brachialis front arm -> muscles around elbow
supinator front arm -> underneath elbow as well but connects to forearm
fexors front arm -> located in your forearm moves fingers and wrist
deltioideus back arm -> upper back shoulder where the arm connects to torso
triceps brachii back arm -> back of biceps area = triceps
pronator back arm-> back of elbow area opposite to supinator
extenseus back arm-> back of the hand and wrist flexors
masseter head -> side of face = connecting cheek bone to jaw bone
sternocleidomastoid head -> neck muscle connecting to behind the ear
