SOLER acronym sat squarely, open posture, leaning slightly towards patient, eye contact, relaxed
Why does bed linen need to be changed regularly? humans produce and shred fungi and bacteria from skill cells, sweat and secrete bodily fluids
When rolling patient to make an occupied bed... - keep them covered to preserve dignity - check its safe to roll them (can be dangerous for them to support all their weight)
