Introduction Often organised by giving the most general ideas first and then leading to the most specific idea, which is the thesis statement.
Thesis Statement States the main idea of the whole essay. It usually comes at or near the end of the introductory paragraph.
Conclusion It summarizes the main points of the essay, restates the thesis statement, and makes a final comment about the essay's main idea
