Productivity A unit of performance defined by management in quantitative standards.
Labor Productivity Completed work divided by time to produce total work output
Budget A plan that converts the organization's goals and objectives into targets for revenue and spending
Fiscal Year Any consecutive 12-month period, used as an accounting period
Operational Budget Allocates and controls resources to meet goals and objectives for the fiscal year
