What do you do? | try to make it to as many as possable by taking time off of work if possable and if im not able to attend give lots of heads up |

Everyone is looking directly at you for your response. | tell them once more and if they dont send them to talk to the officers or have a talk with them after asking them why they were defying the order and ask them what you could do to help them next time. |

| What has been your biggest challenge you have faced and overcome in the Cadet Program? | not having friends or beingleft out of some activities, or getting thrown into things without prior knoledge or knowing what to do. |
