What do you do? | try to make it to as many as possable by taking time off of work if possable and if im not able to attend give lots of heads up |
| A cadet verbally defies an order to stop moving on parade. Everyone is looking directly at you for your response. | tell them once more and if they dont send them to talk to the officers or have a talk with them after asking them why they were defying the order and ask them what you could do to help them next time. |
| A parent begins yelling at you for the corps being dismissed late by the CO. How would you handle the situation? | i would wait until theyre done and calmly explain that we cannot control how long it takes for aprade but we try to do it as fast as we can and apoligize for being late. |

| What has been your biggest challenge you have faced and overcome in the Cadet Program? | not having friends or beingleft out of some activities, or getting thrown into things without prior knoledge or knowing what to do. |
