Orientation Stage Members get to know one another, clarify group purpose, and establish a sense of belongingness.

Community Partnership A cooperative relationship between community members and health professionals aimed at achieving common health objectives.
Benefits of Partnership Increased resource availability, enhanced trust, community empowerment, and improved health outcomes.
Stages of Partnership Development Initiation, Building, Maintenance, and Termination.
Initiation Stage Identify potential partners and establish common goals.
Building Stage Develop trust, define roles, and share decision-making responsibilities.
Maintenance Stage Sustain collaboration through regular evaluation and adaptation.
Termination Stage End partnership formally after achieving objectives or transfer ownership to community.
Monitoring and Evaluation in Group Work Ensures that group and partnership activities remain aligned with goals and community priorities.
Monitoring Ongoing process of tracking progress and identifying problems in implementation.
Evaluation Determines the effectiveness, relevance, and impact of group or partnership activities.
