solutions a solid that dissolves in the water to make a clear liquid
solute an adjective to describe something that can dissolve in the water
solvent the liquid that a substance dissolves into (water)
evaporation when a liquid changes state to a gas (heat)
condensation when a gas changes into a liquid (cools)
property a characteristic of an object that can be observed (size ,color,shape,texture)
concentration the amount of solute in a certain amount of solvent
concentrated a solution that contains a lot of solute (salt,Sugar)
diluted A solution that contains a small amount of solute (salt, sugar)
saturated when no more solute can be dissolved in a solvent
