| Term | Definition |

| Usurp | To take and hold ( a position, office, power, etc.) by force or without legal right: to wrongfully use without authority or right |
| Careen | To lean, sway, ortip to one side while in motion |
| Malice | A strong feeling of wanting to hurt someone or be unkind |
| Vengeance | The act of harming someone because they have done something bad to you (revenge) |
| Restitution | Repayment or services that you provide someone with because you have done something bad or illegal to them. |
| Momentum | The tendency of a moving object to keep moving unless another force stops it or slows it down. |
| Begrudge | To envy or resent the pleasure or good fortune because something has something that you want, and you think they do not deserve it. |
| Unscathed | Unharmed; uninjured |
| Plummeted | To fall straight down very quickly from high position, to plunge |
| Vanquish | To conquer or subdue by superior force, asin battle. To defeat in any contest or conflict; completely |
