Vederlagsforutsetning Arbeidstaker stiller seg til disposisjon for arbeidsgiver og skal ha betalt for den jobben han eller hun utfører
Tidlønn Opptjenes og utbetales basert på den tid som brukes i arbeidsgivers tjeneste, typisk lønn utbetalt pr. måned eller pr. time
Prestasjonslønn/resultatlønn Lønn vil avhenge av arbeidsresultatet, typisk ved akkord, bonus og provisjon
avtalefrihet partene står fritt til å avtale
Allmenngjort tariffavtale En avtale om lønns- og arbeidsvilkår som gjelder for alle som utfører arbeid innen det spesifikke området, selv om man ikke er part i avtalen
Lønnstyveri Situasjoner hvor arbeidsgiver på en eller annen måte beriker seg av arbeidstakers lønn eller annen godtgjørelse
