| Website | A collection of related web pages on the Internet that provides information. |
| Telephone | A physical line used to connect the Internet to a computer, typically serviced by an ISP. |
| Modem | Stands for Modulator-Demodulator, a device that transmits data over telephone lines. |
| InternetServiceProvider | A company that provides Internet access on payment of a monthly fee. |
| Dialup | An Internet connection method that requires users to link a standard telephone line to a computer, not allowing phone calls during Internet use. |
| Broadband | A high-speed Internet connection provided through either cable or telephone companies, allowing large data sharing and simultaneous phone calls. |
| WiFi | A wireless networking technology that uses radio waves to connect to the Internet, not requiring cables. |
| MobileInternet | Allows users to access the Internet over a smartphone, provided with voice plans that include Internet access. |
| Hotspot | A physical location that offers Internet access, primarily utilizing Wi-Fi technology and often used on smartphones. |
