Convention Is a formal meeting for a special purpose.
Situation Is a condition or state of affairs.
Union Is formed by joining together.
Committees Are groups of people chosen to do certain work.
Representatives Are people chosen to speak or act for other.

Proposal Is a suggestion that is presented to others for consideration.
Debate To argue about or discuss something at a meeting.
