Vocabulary

TermDefinition
convention is a formal meeting for a special purpose.
A situation Is a condition or state of affairs it was really bad for the farmers
A union A union is formed by people joining together. The federal Goverment controlled the Union of States.
Delegates A person designated to act for or respect
Militia A group of vollenteers willing to fight.
Committees Committees are groups of people chosen to do certain work and a lot of issues are given to the Committees.
Representatives Representatives are people chosen to speak and act for others.
To resolve to resolve is to settle and explain, or solve it The Goverment did not resolve conflicts.
Proposal is a suggestion that is presented to others for Consideration
debate debate is to argue about or discuss something at at meeting is to debate
