TermDefinition
What does amendment one give you? Gives you the freedom to worship as you please gather peacefully, to discuss ways of challenging unfair laws, right about anything you wish express your opinion
What does amendment two give you? That Americans have the right to keep guns in order to protect themselves
What does the third amendment give you? That soldiers may not be placed in your home during times of peace
What does amendment four give you? Prevents officials from searching you or your home without receiving permission from a judge
What does amendment 5,6,7, and eight give you Discusses the rights of a person who has been accused of a crime.
Does amendment nine give you Says that all rights not listed in the constitution or the Bill of Rights belong to the people
What does amendment 10 give you? Says that federal government may have only the powers given to it by the constitution any other powers belong to the state and to the people
