Confidence Interval Range of values likely to contain population parameter.
Hypothesis Testing Procedure to test population parameter assumptions.
Null Hypothesis (H■) Statement of no effect or difference.
Alternative Hypothesis (H■) Statement researcher seeks to prove.
P-Value Probability of observing sample result if H■ is true.
T-Distribution Used for small samples or unknown population SD.
Chi-Square Test Tests independence or goodness of fit.
Regression Analysis Examines relationship between dependent and independent variables.
Coefficient of Determination (R2) Proportion of variation explained by model.
F-Test Compares multiple group variances or regression significance.
ANOVA Analyzes differences between group means.
Forecasting Predicting future values using historical data.
