Metabolism The body's use of molecules for energy and growth.
Protein A category of large molecules that perform important functions inside living things.
Carbohydrate A group of molecule of types that are broken down by the digestive system.
Variable Something that can be changed and may be measured.
Target population A group of people who are supposed to be served by a designed product.
Proposal formal design that is supported by evidence, and submitted for discussion and review.
Optimal Most successful, considering the situation.
