Rajput Kingdoms Formed in Northern India. Hindu kingdoms led by leaders of numerous clans who were often at war with one and other because of this there was no centralized government.
Caste System A rigid form of a social pyramid that put you into a group based on the family you were born into.
Bhakti Movement Hindus began to draw upon traditional teachings about the importance of emotion in their spiritual life. Rather than empasize on studying texts or preforming rituals they focused on developing a strong attachment to a praticular diety.
