TermDefinition
Geosphere The rock portion of the earth made up of four different layers
Asthenosphere Soft. slow-moving layer beneath earths crust
Lithosphere Earth's rigid outer layer, made up of the crust and solid upper mantle that is broken into plates
mantle layer between earth's crust that is mostly less solid than the crust
outer core liquid, metal later surrounding Earth's inner core.
inner core The solid metal center of earth with high temperatures and pressure
crust The thin, hard outer layer of the earth
which layers of the earth are liquid/soft, and which are solid. The inner core is solid, the outer core is liquid, the ASTHENOSPHERE is SOFT
List the four layers of the geosphere Crust, asthenosphere, lithosphere, mantle (I'm not sure if outer and inner core counts)
