32. Outline the evolution of United States environmental policy from the 1780s to the late-1900s. How would you rate the progress made in U.S. environmental policy during this period? From having nature being a resource to be used to having to maintain and respect natural resources. Great progress has been made.
33. What have been some of the most important developments in United States environmental policy since the 1960s? Explain the importance of these developments. emergency conservation work act where men were made to have jobs during the great depression, planting trees, soil erosion, and improving wildlife. they not only cared about the environment but they also gave unemployed men jobs during the GD.
34. What type of approach to environmental policy do you think is the most effective? Explain why. Cap in trade because it oversees pollution and allows polluters to emit a certain fraction of that amount
35. Choose one step of the environmental policy process and write about the consequences of omitting that particular step from the process. What would happen if that step were left out, and why? Identifying the causes are a very important part of the process because without knowing the cause of the problem, you do not know how to fix the cause.
