Electoral college part of the process that Americans use to select their president.
Primary election you choose candidates for the general election.
Popular vote(for president) votes cast directly by the people
Straight ticket voting for all the candidates in one political party.
Presidential Election Campaign Fund allows taxpayers, by checking a box on their federal income tax return, to designate $3 of their annual taxes to go to the fund.
Voter registration Makes it easier to register to vote and to maintain registration
Canvassing When candidates or campaign workers travel through neighborhoods asking for votes or taking public opinion polls
Referendum a way for citizens to approve or reject a state or local law.
Voters Information Bulletin a document or online service that provides voters with key details and resources related to upcoming elections
