Atoms The Tiny pieces that all matter - all the stuff in the worl d - is made of
Model An object, diagram or computer program that helps us understand something by making it simpler or easier to see
Chemical reaction A process In which atom rearrange to form new substances
Product An ending substance that is made during a chemical reaction
Property Something that can be observed about a substance , such as cooler smell or boiling point
Reactant A starting substance that is part of chemical reaction
Rearrange To change the order or position of something
Scale The realative size of things
Substance Something that is made of all the same atoms or groups of atoms
Boiling Point The temperture at which a substance changes from the liquid phase to the gas phase
Extended Structure A structure formed by by repeating groups of atoms linked together in a large network
Melting point The temperture at which a substance changes from the solid phase to the liquid phase
Molecule A group of atoms join together in a particular way
Fertilizer A substance that is added to soil to help plants grow
Corrosive Able to cause damage
Chemical Formula Letter and numbers showing the types and number of atoms that repeat to make up a substance
